I'll inform you of every progress I've made for your request (such as Sketch, Lineart + Base Color, and Finished Color).

Client does not hold the right to use the product in any blockchain-related technology, including NFTs, cryptocurrency, or future inventions in the space.

Client does not hold the right to use the product in any AI-related technology, including submitting for datasets, and any future inventions in the space.

The payment method and schedule has to be mutually agreed before working on commission.

Client can pay full upfront or pay half of the total upfront. Client can pay before or after the sketch.

Depends from where you order, some of them cannot do half upfront. Only Upfront: VGen, ko-fi. Upfront or Half upfront: PayPal, Wise, Trakteer, Rekening Mandiri, BCA, DANA.

Client accepts that work on the artwork will not commence after the sketch until the payment has been received by me according to the above schedule.

Client has right to request a full refund if there's been no progress for two consecutive months, or when the artwork has not been completed within four months. This situation exclude work interruptions caused by unforeseen circumstances such as illness, accident or any other credibly documented reason for interruption of work.

Client obliges to contact me in a fast and responsive manner, responding swiftly to any requests for comments, clarifications, opinions, validation of progress etc. Lack of timely communication on behalf of Client will heavily impact on how fast I do the commission.

No refunds if it's because Client abandoning the commission / ghosted by Client or Client doesn't like the finished result unless the fault fall into me.

I usually take 1 week to a month max per piece, depending on the complexity of the illustration. In case it takes me longer due to any inconvenience, I will inform the client.

Please keep in mind, I may work with different illustrations at the same time and there may be orders before yours.

I'm not accepting any rush commission at the moment.

Client agrees that artwork will be delivered digitally to email address provided by me, after the final payment has been received by me.

Upon delivery of the product, it is the Client's responsibility to store it properly. Loss of product due to negligence will not be reimbursed by the me. I can not guarantee that the original copy of the artwork will be available in case that the Client lost their files.

Client has the right to two complete revisions in the sketching phase.

Client has right to a reasonable amount of minor edits after completion, such as changing an eyecolour or fixing a small detail, up to an additional 10% of the total time spent on creating the originally delivered artwork.

Any requests above that, will require a prior mutual agreement and will result in a proportional increase of order value. Any such increase will be invoiced separately. Work on any such excessive requests will not commence until the payment for the additional invoice(s) has been received.

There are three stages in which modifications can be made:

   1.    Sketch (two complete revisions such as poses, gestures, expressions, etc.)

   2.    Lineart + base color (reasonable amount revisions such as changing base colors, resizing small objects, etc.)

   3.    Rendering color (reasonable amount minor adjustments such as color tone adjustment, little accessories such as earrings, moles, etc.)

Final commission files that have been sent to Client will be considered as finished work.

Client can ask about the status / progress of the commissions at any time they want, and I will answer as quickly as possible.

Client agrees to pay the total amount specified in USD or IDR currency.

It is the sole responsibility of Client to bear any currency conversion costs, bank transfer fees, payment provider service fees and any other costs involved in transferring funds to me.

Payment is considered as received and completed only when total amount received on my account is equal to the invoice amount in USD or IDR currency.

Profile Pictures (Avatar), banners, and headers on all social media.

Wallpapers for all devices.

Posts on social media (no monetization).

Stream Panels, Schedule, Starting or Ending Screens (no monetization, suitable for Youtuber and Vtuber who is hobbyist or doesn't have income yet).

Printing under personal use only (not for sale).

As display in Toyhouse, Carrd, personal websites (no monetization).

Non-monetized Discord servers.

Visual novel character, CG (for free game or non sale games).

Anything as long client doesn't generate income directly with the artwork.

Youtube or Twitch streaming/videos with affiliate or partner.

Youtube channel with monetization enabled (for youtuber and Vtuber).

Profile Picture (Avatar), Stream Panels, Schedule, Starting or Ending Screens (for Youtuber and Vtuber who enabled monetization).

Any usage in monetized platforms such as: Patreon, Ko-fi, Trakteer, Gumroad, TikTok account with creator fund/monetization, Instagram accounts used for income, Paid Discord servers, Youtube monetized (affliate) videos.

Portfolio use for bussiness or commercial services.

Visual novel character, CG (for commercial games).

Anything that client use as income (commercial purpose).

Any physical merchandise, such as: Stickers, Keychains, Prints, Posters, Acrylic stands, Charms, Pins, Buttons, T-shirts, Hoodies, Mugs, Mousepads, Body Pillows, Notebooks, Phone cases, etc.

Digital merchandise, such as: Emote packs, Digital stickers, Digital Prints, Wallpapers, Assets packs, etc.

Any disrespectful behaviour will not be tolerated and may result in a cancellation of the order. Client will receive full or partial refund depending on amount of work completed. I'll have full right to refuse any service to the Client in the future.
